A great challenge of life and leadership is to maintain a childish perspective.  A perspective free of tainted experiences. One that allows us to look at the world with the clear eyesight of a child. 

There is plenty to be learned in seasons of scarcity.  While scarce seasons lack resources, there is no shortage of opportunities.  There is sufficiency found within the insufficiency.  It just requires the right perspective. 

What will they say?  A defining question in life and leadership.  The answer will be found in the words of those whose lives we have Interceded along our journey.

Perfect imbalance is the objective in life and leadership.  Too often, we are told to find “balance” in our journeys. Rarely, if ever, are the opposing forces in our worlds perfectly equal. 

Each of us possesses our own weighted perspective on life and leadership. A perspective shaped through our experiences. Experience leads to wisdom, wisdom brings perspective to our worlds.

The condition of the soil determines the quality of growth.  From a gardening perspective, the condition of the soil matters to grow healthy plants.  From a leadership perspective, the soil represents our hearts and minds.…

The tensions of leadership can pull us in many directions. Strike imbalance, treat people differently, and when all else fails, be authentically and genuinely you.

The driver’s seat, a position with several vantage points.  It provides multiple perspectives from one location.  It’s the driver’s seat where all things are possible.
